According to BBC News reports, a major fire broke out in a commercial building near Glasgow Central Station in Scotland on March 9.
The fire was first reported at about 15:45 in a shop on Union Street.
The flames quickly spread through a four-storey Victorian building known as Union Corner, which was built in 1851.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service deployed 15 fire engines and high-reach vehicles to control the blaze.
Around 60 firefighters were involved in the operation as the fire spread to the roof.
During the incident, the building’s dome collapsed.
Nearby hotels were evacuated as a precaution.
Authorities reported no casualties, but Glasgow Central Station was temporarily closed and train services were disrupted while firefighters continued their work.
